Let’s Get Started:

  1. Uninstal CL-Eye Driver
    1. Uninstalling the CL-Eye Driver is essential and absolute requirement before you proceed further.
    2. Reboot your PC
  2. Open the Device Manager:
    1. Click the Start button on your computer.
    2. Type “Device Manager” and press Enter.
  3. Plug in the Camera:
    1. Connect your camera to your computer’s USB port.
    2. Wait for a few moments for the device to appear in the Device Manager list.
  4. Uninstall Drivers and Device:
    1. Right-click on the camera’s name in the Device Manager list.
    2. Select “Uninstall device” and then “Uninstall driver.”
  5. Scan for Hardware Changes:
    1. Right-click on any other device in the Device Manager list.
    2. Choose “Action” and then “Scan for hardware changes.” This will prompt your computer to detect the camera again.
  6. Repeat Until Desired State:
    1. You must continue repeating steps 4 and 5 until you see the camera listed in device manager as: “USB Camera-B4.09.24.1with an exclamation mark icon.
  7. Once you’ve reached this state, you’re ready to proceed with the main manual.
