Honest about the queue — we're a two-person team

Dispatch starts 2 July, the day after we return. From day one, we process up to 20 orders per day — that's our realistic capacity as a two-person operation packing, testing and labelling each unit by hand.

Orders go out in strict first-in, first-out order. If you order on day one of the holiday, you're ahead of someone ordering on day fifteen — your tracker reaches you days earlier, just because you ordered first.
