Delanclip Starter is specially designed for those who already own a PS3 Eye Camera or similar and are willing to invest a little effort into optimising it for better IR light reception by removing the infrared filter. While it will require some DIY skills to modify your camera for optimal results, there is plenty of information available online to guide you through the process.

  • 1 x daylight filter (suitable for unmodified cameras, pair of blue and red films)

    Worked out of the box after following detailed and easy to understand instructions on their website for setup. Enjoyed using this product till the date!

    My wireless clip’s battery died (2024). I couldn’t afford to have a replacement shipped from the UK and reached out to the company for a solution. They replied within 24 hours with detailed instructions on how I could replace it without having to resort to another week or more of a wait time and additional international shipping expenses.

    Absolutely amazing for the money. Makes playing dcs so much more immersive, love looking around the cockpit. Anyone who is hesitant because of having to move their head but keep their eyes on the screen, it’s actually very natural. It’s definitely worth spending the money to find out if you like it. I did find that it performed much better when the head set was plugged in to certain usb slots so if the IR lights are dim in the camera then try changing usb slots.

    Had my Delanclip for a few weeks now, and it is incredible. Very easy to set up, and after a few tweaks here and there on the curve settings the immersion is something else. The Delanclip is very sturdy, also a very very reasonable price.

    Following the download instructions, I first got FacetrackNoIr working with no problems, then Opentrack with again, no problems. As a 77yo retired glider pilot, it’s a joy to be able to look around my simulated glider cockpit and get some of the experience of my real world gliding. To conclude, Delanclip is a good substitute for TrackIR, a cracking price, and more importantly, it works!!!
