1. Standard Warranty Coverage

All our electronic products come with a 2-year warranty, starting from the date you receive your parcel. -

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. Product-Specific Details
2.1 DELANCLiP Starter (Gamer)

Cable Integrity:
- The unit is tested to withstand normal use. However, damage caused by pulled-out cables is considered misuse or accidental damage and is not covered under warranty.

Customer Care Options:
- Option 1: Send the unit to us for cable replacement at a nominal fee of £10. We will cover the return shipping within the UK using economy delivery services. For international customers, shipping fees will be agreed upon based on location.
- Option 2: Avail a discount on purchasing any new product as a gesture of goodwill.
- Option 3: Enjoy free shipping on your next order with us.
2.2 DELANCLiP Fusion

Battery Warranty:
- The built-in battery is covered for 6 months from the date of receipt.

Post-Warranty Battery Support:
- Option 1: Return the unit to us for battery replacement at a cost of £15. We will handle the return shipping within the UK.
- For customers in Europe, the shipping fee is £15, and £25 for those outside Europe.
- Option 2: Receive a new battery free of charge; you only cover the postage costs. (Note: This requires opening the enclosure and soldering skills; instructions will be provided.)
- Option 3: Obtain a 20% discount on purchasing a new unit.

Shipping Costs:
- For confirmed faults, we will refund your shipping costs as follows:
- UK: Equivalent to Royal Mail’s Signed For – First Class service.
- Rest of the World: Standard tracked services from your local postal services, up to £15.
- Please retain and provide the postage receipt for reimbursement. Note: We cannot refund costs for non-standard delivery services.

Resolution Timeframe:
- We aim to repair or replace faulty items within 3 business days from receipt.

Our warranty does not cover issues related to software compatibility or configuration conflicts. These issues are often related to the customer’s system setup and are not considered defects in our products.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product by the customer will not be covered under warranty.

Damage Caused by Overheating
-
Delanclip products are made from high-quality biodegradable PLA plastic, which can deform if exposed to high temperatures for an extended period. Exposure to temperatures above 40°C for more than an hour, such as leaving the device on a windowsill in direct sunlight, near a radiator, fireplace, or any other heat source, can cause permanent damage to the casing and internal components, including the battery. Since such damage results from improper storage and usage, it is not covered under warranty. To prevent these issues, we strongly recommend storing the device in a cool, dry place, maintaining an optimal storage temperature between 10°C and 35°C, and keeping it away from heat sources.
