2. Customer Responsibility:
   1. As an international customer, you are responsible for checking the import process and regulations in your destination country. This includes being aware of any disbursement fees, import taxes, and duties that may apply to your order. These charges are not included in the product’s price or shipping cost displayed on our website.
3. Customs Clearance and Patience:
   1. If your place of residence requires customs clearance, please be patient and allow sufficient time for the parcel to arrive. Customs clearance procedures may take from 5 to even 20 days during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday, depending on the country’s customs clearance office speed.
4. Customer Obligation for Customs Duties and Taxes:
   1. Any customs duties and taxes that may be applicable to your parcel delivery are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you decide to refuse payment, the following costs will be incurred:
      1. A 20 GBP Administration fee
      2. Return costs ranging from 25 – 300 GBP (depending on your location)
      3. Deduction of your original shipping costs from the refund
      4. Any other costs we may incur, such as import taxes
5. Refund Processing:
   1. In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to refusal of payment, the refund (if any) will be processed no later than 5 business days from the date we received the parcel.

   1. To avoid any complications with customs clearance or unexpected costs, we strongly recommend that you research your country’s customs policies and regulations before placing an order.
