Returns & Refunds Policy (UK Distance Selling)
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
You can cancel your order and return the item within 14 days from the day you receive it, for any reason.
To make it smooth and fast, please contact us first so we can confirm the return address and help identify your parcel when it arrives.
2) Condition of Returned Items
You may handle the product only as much as you would in a shop to check it and decide if it’s right for you.
If the item comes back with signs of use beyond that (for example: damage, heavy wear, scratches, bends, missing parts), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Examples of handling that can reduce the refund:

Bent or deformed parts (including items bent and then straightened)

Scratches, dents, cracks, dirt, heavy wear

Glue / tape residues, stains, or permanent marks

Modifications (including any applied adhesive pads/Velcro that leaves marks or residue)

Strong smells (e.g., smoke) that make the item harder or impossible to resell
If a return is unresellable due to its condition, the reduction may be up to the full purchase price (we will always base this on the actual loss in value and provide the reasoning if asked).
3) What You’ll Be Refunded
Once the return is approved and inspected, we refund:

The product price, minus any reduction for diminished value (only if applicable)

The cost of standard outbound shipping (if you paid for delivery).
If you chose an upgraded/express service, we refund only up to the standard delivery cost.
4) Return Shipping & Customs (Outside the UK)

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (we strongly recommend tracked service).

If you are returning from outside the UK, please label the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” (and follow your local postal guidance).
If the parcel is incorrectly declared and we are charged import fees or handling charges, those costs may be deducted from the refund (only the actual fees we were charged).
5) Refund Timeline
We process refunds as soon as possible after inspection, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item.
6) Returns Without Contacting Us First
You don’t lose your statutory rights if you return without contacting us, but it can delay processing (unidentified parcels, missing order number, wrong address, etc.).
To avoid delays, include a note with your order number inside the package.
7) System / Software Conflicts (Not a Product Defect)
We understand that technical conflicts can happen depending on a customer’s PC, game, USB setup, filters, or software configuration.
If the product doesn’t meet your needs due to compatibility or setup reasons, you can still return it within the 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds in these cases follow the same rules above (including any reduction only if the item’s value is diminished by use or condition).

Pack the item securely so it cannot bend or get damaged in transit

Keep your proof of postage until the refund is completed
9) Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered separately under UK consumer protections.
