When we are on Holidays
We make every effort to inform you of these special situations by displaying clear notices across our website, including on the homepage, shopping cart page, checkout page, and shop page. These notifications ensure you’re fully aware of our operational status before placing an order.
If you choose to place an order during these periods, please note the following:
Orders Cannot Be Canceled
Once placed, your order cannot be canceled due to logistical constraints.
Scheduled Dispatch
Your order will be processed and dispatched according to the schedule specified on the notification box at the pages mentioned above.
Important Reminder
We kindly ask you to make an informed decision before placing an order during these times. If you proceed, it means you accept the terms of this policy.
Your Right to Return
Even though cancellations are not possible, your right to return remains intact. If you wish to return your order after receiving it, you can follow our standard return process as outlined on our website.
This policy ensures clarity and helps us manage operations efficiently while maintaining a fair process for all customers.

Normal circumstances
- If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days.
- Orders being in transit cannot be cancelled, but you still have the right to return.
- Please note, we are unable to cancel orders after you have received an email from us saying that the label is created, or that the order is shipped.
- Since all payments processing has fees to us, there is a 6% cancellation and administration fee.
- To cancel your order please send us an email with your request – ONLY by responding to the order confirmation email.
- Please make sure you provide us with your order number.
- We will cancel your order within 2 business days, deducting the 6% fees.
