3. Plug in the Camera:

4. Uninstall Drivers and Device:

   2. Select “Uninstall device” and then “Uninstall driver.”
5. Scan for Hardware Changes:

   2. Choose “Action” and then “Scan for hardware changes.” This will prompt your computer to detect the camera again.
6. Repeat Until Desired State:
   1. You must continue repeating steps 4 and 5 until you see the camera listed in device manager as: “USB Camera-B4.09.24.1” with an exclamation mark icon.
