UK Delivery

Evri

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (but we try to ship next day)
  • Transit times: 1 – 4 business days
  • They tend to deliver even on weekends and bank holidays!

DHL or UPS (UK)

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (but we try to ship next day)
  • Transit times: 1 – 2 business days
  • Next Day delivery is not guaranteed service
  • The best and fully tracked service from start to end
  • Email / SMS notification

International

Standard Tracked Mail (standard post)

  • Processing Time: 3 – 6 Business Days (equivalent of 1 week)
  • Transit times are provided during checkout.
  • Good and reliable fully tracked service from start to end
  • Email notifications
  • No parcel locker delivery
  • PO BOX allowed but we do not guarnatee delivery to PO Boxes
  • Army Bases addresses (APO/FPO etc) may be ok but we do not recommend using them as we had issues in the past. (Not guaranteed delivery)
  • Compensation up to 20 GBP if parcel lost, but this happens very rarely!
  • Your parcel will be delivered by your local mail service
  • Various but very reliable carriers are used in this service, It can be: USPS, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, Asendia, Swiss Post, Nord Post and other carriers relevant to your destination.

  • No PO BOX
  • No Army Bases addresses like APO or FPO
  • No parcel locker delivery

  • They have SMS notifications, email notifications, as well as redelivery options like a local pickup, or scheduled day.
